This Privacy Policy explains how Rich Dog collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you access or use Rich Dog, including our Telegram Mini App, web app, progressive web app, game features, rewards, purchases, referrals, marketplace features, advertising features, token related features, websites, and related services.
This Privacy Policy applies to your use of Rich Dog. Where we rely on your consent to process information, we obtain that consent separately and you may withdraw it at any time, as described below. If you do not agree with how we handle information as set out here, you must not use Rich Dog.

Rich Dog is operated from the United Arab Emirates and may use service providers, infrastructure, and partners located in other countries. Your information may be processed, stored, or transferred internationally, including to countries that may have different data protection laws from your country.
Where we transfer personal information of users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom to a country that has not been recognized as providing an adequate level of protection, we put in place appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and the United Kingdom International Data Transfer Addendum, or rely on another lawful transfer mechanism. We keep information for as long as necessary to operate Rich Dog, provide services, and fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In practice this means we retain account and activity data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we retain payment, fraud, security, dispute, accounting, tax, and compliance records for the periods required or permitted by applicable law.
We may retain certain records even after account deletion where required or permitted by law, including payment records, fraud records, security logs, dispute records, compliance records, and backup copies, which cycle out of our systems in the ordinary course. Information recorded on a public blockchain cannot be deleted by us.

No system, network, wallet, blockchain, payment provider, or online service is completely secure. You use Rich Dog at your own risk and are responsible for securing your own Telegram account, devices, wallets, passwords, private keys, and recovery phrases.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of certain personal information, to request a copy of it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

If you believe that someone under 18 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action, including deleting the information where required.
We may send service messages, product updates, campaign notices, reward notices, security notices, and promotional communications through Rich Dog, Telegram, email, push notifications, or other supported channels.
You may opt out of promotional communications where supported, but we may still send important service, security, account, transaction, or legal notices that are necessary to operate the service.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The updated version will be effective when posted, unless a different effective date is stated. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Your continued use of Rich Dog after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means that you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
